**Job Purpose**

1. To work towards making New Wealth systems & Mobile App live

2. To work jointly with BTG, IT, Ops, Product towards system testing and requirement gathering & closure

3. To support regular functioning & monitoring of existing systems

4. Enhancing customer & RM experience through digital innovation in various process

**New Wealth system
1. Work jointly with BTG, IT & Ops to gather requirement of new system.

2. Proper requirement gathering in RD & FSD submitted to team

3. Testing of new system through various scenarios analysis & raising issues/bugs and tracking for closure

4. Logic checks during migration of data from existing system to new system

5. Coordination with external Vendors for tie ups and make sure that data is received within defined TAT to be uploaded in system

**Monitoring of current systems**

1. Monitor and regular functioning of existing system to have mínimal downtime to enhance customer/RM experience

2. Track the data uploads of various products whether everything in order and regular intervention to resolve the issues

3. Sample checks of client portfolios to check updation is correct & whether the output is accurate as per desired requirement

4. Working on query raised by channel on client portfolios and resolve them within defined TAT

**Automation of current process**

1. Reviewing the current process & gaps in the existing systems

2. Working towards automation of current processes to ease client & RM journeys

3. Gathering and raising requirements to make automation of manually processes existing in systems

4. Tracking & working towards the said enhancement for closure

**Digital Innovation
1. Work towards Digitalization existing processes of Wealth team

2. Jointly working towards development and maintenance of DIY Mobile app for Valuefy to make sure it has all features as per latest customer expectations

3. Integration of various systems like HSL, Flex, KYC to provide seamless & one stop journey to customers

4. Enhancing client & RM experience through digital innovation of various journeys
