**Job Purpose**:
To manage and maintain all documentation related to new product development in compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Ensure smooth communication and document traceability across cross-functional teams during the product development lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain NPD documents such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, BOMs, and Work Instructions.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Production teams to collect and verify technical documentation.
- Maintain proper version control and document history for all product development records.
- Support the team in compiling technical files for customer approvals and audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS/IATF documentation standards.
- Assist in preparing samples and documentation for first article inspections.
- Handle documentation for Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
- Track NPD documentation milestones in project management tools or trackers.
- Ensure secure storage and easy retrieval of NPD documentation (both physical and digital formats).
- Assist in customer and internal audits by presenting necessary documentation.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF tools, and ERP systems.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,236.38 - ₹40,596.00 per month
