The Imports and Exports Officer is responsible for managing international shipments and coordinating the movement of goods across borders.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods
- Verify compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export laws and regulations
- Handle communication with government agencies for permits and approvals
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customs-related issues
- Track and report shipment status to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation filing
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Stay informed about changes in trade policies and tariffs
