Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and create a positive checkout experience.

Handle billing for high-value diamond purchases with precision.

Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or bank transfers.

Maintain and reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of the shift.

Issue receipts, invoices, and refunds as needed.

Ensure accurate data entry of customer and purchase details.

Work closely with sales executives to verify item details (carat, clarity, cut, certification).

Assist in daily sales reporting and maintaining financial documentation.

Ensure customer confidentiality and data security at all times.

Follow strict protocols for handling high-value transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.

Jewellery Experience Compulsory.
