We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. Whether you're an experienced professional or a fresh graduate, if you're passionate about technology and sales, we want to hear from you As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, promoting our IT solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your career in the fast-paced IT industry, with excellent support and guidance from the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Reach out to potential clients and conduct product presentations to showcase our IT solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist clients in understanding how our solutions can meet their business needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure that client requirements are met effectively.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, reports, and forecasts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in IT services and solutions.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong interest in IT solutions, technology, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience, particularly in the IT sector, is a plus but not required for freshers.
- Understanding of the latest technology trends (cloud computing, software development, etc.) is beneficial.
