- Work with stakeholders to define the product’s strategic direction, ensuring it can be adapted to different customer use cases.
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision that aligns with business goals and customer needs, particularly for AI-driven automation and data processing solutions.
- Manage and prioritize custom AI implementations for specific customers, ensuring the solution is tailored to their data processing requirements.
- Monitor the performance of deployed AI models and collaborate with AI engineers to improve them based on customer feedback, model accuracy, and changing data patterns.
- Research customer industries to understand specific data processing challenges, ensuring the product’s long-term relevance.
- Manage the roll-out of features to different customers, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
- Provide support and guidance to customers during the implementation of custom AI solutions, ensuring successful integration into their data workflows.
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog based on customer needs and AI model performance.
Conduct daily stand-up meetings with the development and engineering teams to track progress.
- Review and approve user stories, ensuring they are aligned with the product vision.
- Gather and document requirements for AI model improvements and custom implementations.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure AI models and features are tested and meet quality standards.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving AI capabilities.

Work with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into customer systems.
- Review data processing workflows to identify where AI-driven automation can be applied.
- Provide support to the technical team in resolving blockers or prioritization issues during sprints.
- Communicate with customers to understand any issues with their current processes.
- Stay updated on AI technology trends and assess their relevance to the product’s roadmap.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to address technical queries from users.
