Handle, Purchase Orders, acknowledgements, validate pricing
- Coordinate deliveries, and import/export documents
- Liaise with internal and external customers on the status of orders
- Liaise and negotiate quotation/contract with suppliers/vendors regarding purchasing of goods/services
- Source for purchase quotation/package, and arranging delivery schedule
- Liaise closely with project director/managers/engineers
- Executing and monitoring procurement processes, and documents
- Preparing reports, and shipping documents (eg. Letter of Credit L/C)
- Maintain contracts with vendors, review inventory, initiate, and keep track of orders
- Receive, inspect, and distribute orders if necessary
- Data entry for all procurement-related records

**Administrative**
- keep daily records, and work with / prepare for accounts payable to pay vendors
- To receive and process all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payment to vendors / suppliers
- Managing of office supplies, such as stationery, water, bills, furniture, maintenance of equipments, etc
- To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle general administrative duties inclusive of filing of documents and records, generate reports, etc
- Reception duties for the office
- Data entry for all admin-related records
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as and when is required

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
