**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile and generate invoices for our clients
- Create and update expense reports, and process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits and enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Organize and maintain filing system for financial documents
- Support the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GST, TDS, banking, Eway Bill, and E-invoicing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting, Countif, Sumif, and V-lookup functions
- Experience with Tally software and mailing systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,560.00 - ₹21,650.00 per month
