You will be responsible for BOQ interpretation, RA billing, contractor bill verification, material reconciliation, and progress reporting — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely clearances.Responsibilities- Perform quantity take-offs by analyzing electrical drawings & BOQs- Prepare and submit RA/Progress bills aligned with site execution- Verify contractor/sub-contractor bills with technical and financial accuracy- Conduct material consumption tracking & reconciliation vs. theoretical usage- Identify extra / non-schedule items and prepare competitive rate analysis- Maintain complete billing documentation: measurement sheets, logs & reports- Conduct site inspections for measurement validation- Coordinate with site execution teams, clients & accounts for bill approvals- Provide monthly reports on billing progress, cost utilization & variancesWhat You’ll Need- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field- Minimum 2 years experience in billing for electrical works- Strong understanding of BOQ, RA Bills & construction billing standards- Ability to interpret electrical drawings & technical specs- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement/billing software- Strong documentation, tracking, and coordination abilitiesPreferred Skills- Knowledge of material standards & IS codes- Hands-on experience with site measurement & audits- Familiarity with cost control & estimation practices- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
