**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate sector while developing your skills in sales, client management, and business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and pursuing corporate sales opportunities within the real estate market.
- Support the team in client acquisition, relationship management, and property sales presentations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Participate in meetings, negotiations, and site visits to understand client requirements and close deals.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.

**What We are Looking For**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or interest in the real estate sector is a plus but not mandatory.
