**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting both the inside sales team and system integrators, ensuring the smooth execution of bid submissions, tracking opportunities, and maintaining accurate sales funnels. This position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a solid understanding of sales processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Opportunity Management**:
- List and track all opportunities received from System Integrators (SIs) or direct bids via platforms like GeM (Government e-Marketplace).
- Capture the detailed scope of each opportunity and share it with the Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to support SIs effectively.
- **Bid Coordination**:
- Prepare and maintain a detailed list of bid submissions on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Coordinate with ISRs and SIs to prepare the required documentation for bid submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of all bids and update the bid status in the system (e.g., "Submitted").
- **Funnel Management**:
- Prepare and update sales funnels on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Monitor the funnel progress vs. bookings and ensure the sales team is aligned with the goals.
- **Sales and Pre-Sales Meetings**:
- Schedule and conduct regular sales and pre-sales meetings with the internal sales team and key stakeholders.
- Discuss upcoming opportunities, bid status, and revenue projections during meetings.
- **Closure Reporting**:
- Prepare a weekly list of closures and compare revenue vs. bookings.
- Analyze closure performance and highlight key wins and losses.
- **Sales Reports**:
- Generate sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) detailing opportunities vs. quotes vs. qualified leads vs. wins.
- Identify and document reasons for lost deals to improve future bids.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Act as the central point for all sales coordination activities, providing pivotal support to the sales and inside sales teams.
- Ensure all bid documents, updates, and reports are maintained in an organized and accessible format.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years in sales coordination, sales support, or a related role in the IT or technology sector.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with ISRs, SIs, and the wider sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and the IT sales process is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in tracking opportunities, bid submissions, and funnel management.
- **Reporting**: Ability to generate clear, insightful sales reports for decision-making.
