Talent Systems is seeking a smart, self-motivated and process oriented Regional Accounting Associate in Ahmedabad who will be responsible for managing financial transactions and bookkeeping, preparing important financial reports, Preparing tax returns and ensuring timely payment, processing payroll, ensuring compliance and documentation management.

**Responsibilities**
- End to end Bookkeeping
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Prepare Monthly reports for management
- Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests
- Assist with and act as the primary point of contact for US Accounting
- Process payroll and reimbursements on a monthly basis
- Ensure accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance of all statutory liabilities, rules and regulations for the company
- Compute and prepare tax returns to ensure that they are paid on time
- Monthly filing of GST return for the company
- Quarterly filing of TDS return for the company
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
- Accounting File Maintenance
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2+ years of Accounting experience
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred
- Excellent Fluency in English communication
- Excellent experience in Excel / Google Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Highly detail oriented
