Job Description for a Soft Collection Process

**Responsibilities**
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Grad fresher and above can apply.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate Joiner.

**Shift Timings**: 5:30 PM - 6:30 AM (any 9 hours shift)

2 Rotational week offs

**Job Location**: Bhayander (West), Mumbai

**Job Type**:Full Time

**Remuneration**:18 to 32 +2+1 Per month (CTC/In hand)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
