**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Real Estate

**Reporting To**: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Conduct site visits with potential clients and present property features, pricing, and documentation process.
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective buyers and handle all pre-sale and post-sale customer queries.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, available inventory, legal processes, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and close property sales.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to convert leads and improve outreach.
- Attend property expos, promotional events, and meetings as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with high ownership and integrity.
- Good knowledge of local property laws and real estate market.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
