**Job Role - Executive - Sales & Marketing (PEB)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research & Lead Generation**:

- Conduct on-site research and surveys to understand current market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the **PEB** and **construction** sectors.
- Identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities by visiting civil sites, construction projects, and related industrial sites.
- Engage in cold calling, networking, and on-the-ground market exploration to develop a robust pipeline of new leads.
- Identify and target key decision-makers such as **architects, engineers, contractors,** and **builders** for PEB solution

**Client Interaction & Field Sales**:

- Visit civil construction sites, construction companies, contractors, and architects to establish rapport, understand their needs, and present **PEB solutions**.
- Attend client meetings, site inspections, and other field-based activities to promote Willus Infrastructure’s services.
- Offer product consultations, provide technical assistance, and answer any queries about PEB products, timelines, and project delivery.

**Proposal & Quotation Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and product recommendations based on client needs and project requirements.
- Work closely with senior sales executives to draft tailored proposals and submit competitive pricing for PEB projects.

**Sales Support & Order Acquisition**:

- Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and contract negotiations, under the guidance of senior sales staff.
- Follow up with leads, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and moving them through the sales pipeline.
- Secure orders and agreements for new PEB projects by actively engaging with clients and addressing their project needs.

**Site Visits & Project Assessment**:

- Conduct regular visits to project sites to assess client needs, provide technical inputs, and ensure the project is progressing according to specifications.
- Provide assistance in coordinating project requirements and timelines with contractors, engineers, and the project management team.

**Customer Relationship Building**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring repeat business and client loyalty.
- Maintain regular communication with clients during the sales cycle and after sales to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of client visits, meetings, leads, and sales progress in the designated reporting system.
- Regularly report on market insights, competitor activities, and lead conversion rates to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Track progress on goals and sales targets, reporting regularly on performance and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree

**Experience**: - 1 to 3 years of experience in **sales**, **business development**, or field sales, ideally in the **PEB**, **construction**, or **infrastructure** industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong interest in field sales and direct client engagement.
- Ability to perform **market research**, identify opportunities, and generate leads in the **PEB** industry.
- Excellent **communication**, **negotiation**, and **relationship-building** skills.
- Understanding of the **PEB industry**, construction processes, and product offerings.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple leads and projects.
- Proficient in **MS Office** and basic sales reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- **Willingness to travel** to client sites, construction locations, and industry events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
