Responsible to ensure effective and efficient execution of projects on hand.
- Responsible to detail and manage the team on site. This also includes effective interaction with the Architect and other contractor teams.
- Responsible for pre inspection, measurements, post inspection in terms of quality of finish and quantity.
- Responsible to ensure that final sign off is obtained from the client before moving out of the site.
- Responsible to set execution targets, based on the targets of the company and ensure that the same are met.
- Responsible to ensure that the junior applicators are trained effectively to continuously add and make available more trained applicators.
- Responsible to track effectiveness and efficiency of applicators so as to incentivize the applicators appropriately.
- Ensure that daily report to track projects is generated and forwarded to all concerned.
- Preparations and generation of MIS to include closure report and project analysis for each project
- Responsible to ensure that timelines on execution of each project are adhered to and the same is carried out as per the company’s quality charter.
- Responsible to manage the performance and career aspirations of the people in the team.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and behaviour in order to guide team members to contribute effectively to goal achievement.
- High level of orientation for achieving results.
- Ability to travel across India at short notice for substantial periods
- Well-developed business skills of planning, organizing, analysis, decision making in order to create and seize opportunities to create efficiency in operations.
- Passion for personal growth through performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
