**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**:Develop and execute strategies to generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve targets.

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.

**Webinar Hosting**:Plan, coordinate, and host webinars to showcase products/services and engage with target audiences.
Evaluate the success of webinars through attendee feedback and performance metrics.

**Cold Calling and Lead Generation**:Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate leads and identify potential customers.
Utilize effective communication skills to articulate product benefits and address customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of sales generation strategies and lead management.
- Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
- Experience in planning and hosting successful webinars.
- Proficient in cold calling techniques and lead qualification.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
