**PepsiCo team**- Provide support in creating, designing and formatting electronic presentations-
- W- ork with- supervisor- to- map- out plan of presentation- design- trans- lating data- into clear, compelling, highly accurate and visually attractive presentations.-
- Make- complicated topics clear through presentations that are easy to understand and visually pleasing to the eye.-
- W- ork on the graphic design and copywriting to make presentations useful and eye-catching- , including- determin- ing- which- f- ramework to use to create eff- e- ctive slides, and how to make information engaging, informative, and compelling.-
**Line Manager reporting**- Directl- y work with- line manager- to understand an- d- prioriti- s- e- individual agenda/workload-
- Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users-
**Process management**- Input to- and evolve communication processes (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)-
- Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user- and- feedback-
**Capability development**- D- evelop internal knowledge- of PepsiCo business, brands, ways of working and stakeholder requirements.**Qualifications**- Expertise- in- After Effects,- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere- and- Powerpoint- .-
- Bachelors- degree in graphic design- preferred-
- 6-8- years of graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency-
- Executive maturity, collaborative, able to confidently- provide- guidance to PepsiCo employees at all levels, including executives-
- Customer service, team-player mindset but able to say no to ensure key priorities and deadlines are met-
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask-
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills-
- Detail and deadline oriented-
- Understanding of printing production process and how to set up design files accordingly.Knowledge of- Consumer Packaged- Goods / Food industry an asset-
- Executive maturity - partnering and interacting leaders at all levels of the organization-
- Able to influence without direct authority - provide counsel that may conflict with a POV-
- Project Management - Able to manage an extremely heavy workload with challenging and often conflicting**Essential**
