**Field Sales Executive - Demystik**

Demystik, a health-tech startup focused on preventing lifestyle diseases through innovative detox solutions, is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales
Executives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
2. Conduct sales visits and presentations, effectively demonstrating Demystik's detox products and their benefits.
3. Actively prospect and identify new leads to expand the customer base.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
5. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

**Qualifications**:
1. 3+ years of proven field sales success, ideally in healthcare or wellness.
2. Healthcare and wellness industry experience, especially as a medical representative, is a major plus.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
4. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
5. Proactive and results-oriented, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
6. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
7. Computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software preferred.
8. Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler required.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
