**Job Overview**:
The Liaison Officer will be responsible for auditing conflicts, handling police cases, addressing frauds, and managing thefts occurring between customers and partners in our on-demand delivery company. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and investigative skills to ensure the security and integrity of the company’s operations and customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1**.** Conflict Auditing and Resolution**:
Conduct thorough audits of conflicts and disputes between customers and partners.
Mediate between parties to resolve conflicts amicably.
Document all findings and resolutions accurately.
**2**. **Handling Police Cases**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all interactions with law enforcement agencies.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to the police regarding incidents
involving customers and partners.
Coordinate with legal teams to provide information and support for ongoing investigations.
**3. Fraud Investigation**:
Investigate allegations of fraud involving customers and partners.
Collect and analyze evidence to substantiate claims.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to prevent future occurrences.
**4. Theft Management**:
Investigate incidents of theft involving customer and partner transactions.
Implement measures to prevent theft and enhance security protocols.
Liaise with law enforcement to recover stolen assets and address theft incidents.
**5. Reporting and Documentation**:
Maintain detailed records of all investigations and audits.
Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and relevant authorities.
Ensure documentation is stored securely and confidentiality is maintained.
**6. Collaboration and Coordination**:
Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Coordinate with external agencies for joint investigations and operations.
**7. Compliance**:
Ensure all activities comply with local laws and regulations.
Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage conflict resolution and negotiations.
- Excellent investigative skills and attention to detail for handling police cases, fraud, and theft management.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to law enforcement, security, and corporate compliance.
- Experience in liaising with law enforcement and legal authorities.
