**Position Overview**:
The Female Nurse Supervisor with skills in infection control will oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and implement effective infection prevention measures. The role requires strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic healthcare environment.
**1. Supervision and Management**:
- Lead and manage the nursing staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care.
- Assign duties and monitor the performance of nursing staff
- Providing feedback and support.
- Schedule shifts and manage workforce allocation to ensure optimal staffing levels.
**2. Infection Control Expertise**:
- Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control (IPC) protocols.
- Train staff on infection control practices and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate infection risks.
- Manage infection outbreaks effectively, coordinating with relevant departments.
**3. Patient Care**
- Ensure that nursing care meets established standards and patient needs are met.
- Address patient complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
**4. Policy Implementation**:
- Implement hospital policies and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Keep updated on infection control advancements and integrate best practices.
**5. Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of infection control activities and nursing operations.
- Prepare reports on staff performance, infection rates, and compliance issues.
**6. Team Development**:
- Mentor and train nurses to build a skilled and cohesive team.
- Foster a supportive work environment and encourage professional development.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) with a valid registration/license.
- Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, including supervisory roles.
- Advanced knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills including MS Office
- Ability to handle emergencies and manage multiple priorities effectively.
**Work Environment**:
- Work Location: Doha, Qatar.
- Hours: 9 Hours
- Reports to: Director of Nursing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
