**Description**:
For this position, freshers with no related experience will also be considered, given that they have a keen interest in the field along with being proficient in English. A recent graduate with decent verbal and written communication will be ideal.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be in an accredited university, or a recent graduate
- Graduates in Marketing or Business will be preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and Personable
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for getting results

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to work with LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
- Knowledge of CRM systems as well as Lead data enrichment tools
- Ability to work with GSuite products like Gmail, Google Spreadsheet, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undergo detailed training on understanding our core ABM strategy, processes and software
- Understanding client goals and doing research through competitor analysis, audience identification
- Researching and finding ICP (Ideal Customer Profiles) for our clients' campaigns
- Maintaining a detailed ABM tracker compiling all outreach related stats and lead data
- Ability to think out-of-the-box to come up with innovative approaches to find ICP details
- Deliver marketing qualified leads for the client accounts
