**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and assess the damage to vehicles brought into the body shop.
- Provide detailed explanations to customers regarding the necessary repairs and the repair process.
- Address customer concerns or questions regarding repair estimates, timelines, and insurance claims.
- Ensure that customers are informed about the status of their vehicle repairs throughout the process.
- Handle any customer complaints professionally, striving for customer satisfaction.
- **Estimating and Documentation**:

- Perform vehicle inspections and provide accurate, comprehensive repair estimates.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate estimates with the customer for approval.
- Work with insurance companies for claim approvals and settlements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, parts used, labor hours, and repair progress.
- **Coordinating with Technicians**:

- Liaise between the customer and the body shop technicians to ensure that repair work is carried out as per the estimate and to the highest quality standards.
- Schedule repairs and parts orders to ensure timely completion of the vehicle repairs.
- Follow up with technicians to track progress and address any issues that arise during the repair process.
- **Parts Management**:

- Assist in ordering parts required for repairs.
- Ensure that parts are available and correctly installed as per the repair order.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all repairs meet industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements.
- Conduct a final inspection before the vehicle is returned to the customer, ensuring that the work is completed to the highest quality.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, repair history, and payment transactions.
- Process customer payments and handle invoicing.
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the body shop, including scheduling and workflow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
