Job Title: Supermarket Sales Associate - Rice and Pulses Section

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display of rice and pulses products.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves.
- Rotate stock and check expiration dates regularly to maintain product freshness..
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to order new stock and replenish inventory as needed.
- Stay informed about product trends, promotions, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in a supermarket setting.
- Strong knowledge of rice and pulses products, including different varieties, brands, and uses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy bags of rice and pulses.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
