**Responsibility : -**

1-Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirements.
2. Managing the client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
3. Sending out details of new properties on the market to potential buyers.
4. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and attending to clients.
5. Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price.
6. Maintaining good relations with the developer's team.
7. Working on business development and market mapping
8. Maintaining MIS and daily sales reports.
9. Fixed pay is Rs.20000 per month + Incentives Rs.15000+ per month.
