**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Procurement & Coordination**:

- Coordinate the purchase and delivery of materials and tools based on project or operational requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement.
- Ensure materials are available for ongoing operations and projects, preventing any delays due to material shortages.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of materials and tools in stock, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Monitor inventory usage and initiate reorders when stock levels fall below minimum thresholds.
- Perform regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and optimize material storage and handling.
- **Storage & Distribution**:

- Oversee the proper storage of materials and tools in accordance with safety and organizational standards.
- Ensure that tools and materials are distributed to the correct departments or work sites in a timely manner.
- Ensure that materials are stored efficiently to maximize space and prevent damage.
- **SAP Integration (Desirable)**:

- Use SAP for tracking material movements, managing inventory levels, and processing purchase orders.
- Support the finance and procurement teams by generating material reports and performing data analysis using SAP.
- Maintain accurate data entry within SAP for materials management, ensuring synchronization with operational systems.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of all materials purchased, received, and distributed.
- Generate and analyze reports on material consumption, procurement activities, and inventory levels for management.
- Ensure that all material handling complies with company procedures and industry regulations.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure that materials and tools are of the required quality and specifications before accepting them into inventory.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure materials are not defective or damaged.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations concerning material handling and storage.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and other departments to ensure material availability for ongoing operations.
- Act as the point of contact for material-related inquiries and resolve any issues related to material shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- **Problem Solving & Issue Resolution**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to material shortages, delays, or inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to find solutions to material-related challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of experience in material coordination, inventory management, or procurement, preferably in an industrial or engineering setting.
- **Skills**:

- **Advanced Knowledge of Tools and Materials**: In-depth understanding of the tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in industrial or technical environments.
- **SAP Knowledge**: Experience using SAP for materials management, inventory tracking, and procurement (desirable).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a focus on finding practical solutions.

**Key Competencies**:

- **Inventory Management**: Proficient in monitoring and managing stock levels, organizing material storage, and handling.
- **Procurement & Supplier Management**: Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for timely material procurement.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of materials to meet operational requirements.
- **Compliance & Quality Control**: Knowledge of safety, health, and quality standards for material handling and storage.

**Working Conditions**:

- Based in the RSD Jubail office with occasional site visits to assess material storage and distribution needs.
- Office-based role with periodic fieldwork or material inspections at project sites or warehouses.
- Standard working hours with possible overtime depending on project timelines and material requirements.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
