**Position**: Tele Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls for lead generation and B2B marketing activities
- Promote Aluminium Formwork solutions to potential clients
- Engage in direct sales conversations and follow-ups with prospective customers
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities
- Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects using Excel
- Conduct data mining from various sources to build strong lead pipelines
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign follow-ups
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and calling targets

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in B2B or construction-related industries
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and online data mining tools
- Ability to understand and explain technical products like Aluminium Formwork
- Must be self-motivated and target-oriented
- Graduate/Diploma holder from any stream
- Experience in the construction or formwork sector is a plus
- Good organizational and follow-up skills

Pay: ₹9,248.14 - ₹28,230.67 per month

Schedule:
