**Job/Position Summary**:
This is a full-time on-site role as Clinical and patient care Coordinator. A Clinical and patient care Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting patients through the infertility journey at CIFAR. He/ She will work closely with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for our patients.

**1. Patient Care Management**
- Guide & help patients to various departments.
- Handle daily OPD and IPD patients and coordinating with the floor staff to run the OPD & IPD smoothly as well as to reduce patient waiting time.
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications, diagnostic procedures, and early pregnancy.
- Schedule patient procedures, Educate and directs patients in diagnostic testing, and procedures.
- Initial visit, counseling, and IVF procedure teaching and scheduling of treatment.
- Create patient treatment plan and calendar under the direction of the patient’s primary physician.
- Provide a patient care experience that exceeds their expectation by actively listening to the patient and taking on the role of providing exceptional patient care.
- Cycling visits include medication instruction (schedule, dosage, and administration), anticipatory guidance, and clarification of physician instructions.
- Contact patients over the phone or face to face to assist in setting up IVF appointments and provide reminder phone calls prior to every appointment and handling any related queries
- Comfort patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties; answering patients’ questions as permitted.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and calling for assistance from other health care support personnel when appropriate.
- Respond to patient concerns timely and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance patient services.
- Coordinate patients coming from outside Delhi NCR and also international patients with visa assistance.

**2. Documentation and Compliance Management**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
- Collect and maintain patient health, demographic, insurance and financial information.
- Maintain patient medical records up-to-date in master data.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all patient records and care per confidentiality policy and ART Clinic regulations.

**3. Billing, Invoice and Payment Management**:Managing billing, invoice and payment work
- Preparing invoices/bills
- Receiving payment from patient

- Experience in patient care with clinical coordination skills
- Proficient in English and Hindi language

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 Years’ experience in Clinical and patient care coordination profile

**Salary**:
25k to 30k per month.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
