Job Responsibility:

  • Appointment Management – Schedule, confirm, and manage patient bookings efficiently.
  • Patient Coordination – Ensure seamless patient flow and provide timely assistance.
  • Clinic Operations – Oversee front desk functions, handle queries, and maintain service excellence.
  • Guest & Patient Experience – Greet every visitor with a smile, ensuring a warm and comforting atmosphere.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving – Address concerns proactively with a solution-oriented approach.

Well-Spoken & Presentable – A confident, polished, and professional demeanor.

Excellent Communication Skills – Fluent in English & Hindi; ability to handle conversations with grace.

Prior Experience in Healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
