**Job Description**:

- Source and coordinate nurses for hospital placements every day, ensuring proper staffing levels.
- Schedule and conduct daily evaluations of nurses to assess their clinical skills and competencies.
- Create and update professional clinical study materials for nurses to aid in their ongoing learning and development.
- Administer and evaluate clinical tests, assessing nurses based on their scores and ensuring they meet required standards.

**Requirements**:

- MSC Nursing (Master of Science in Nursing).
- Proven experience in nursing coordination or similar roles within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical skills and nursing practices.
- Ability to create professional study materials and resources for nursing education.
- Experience in conducting training or webinars, particularly in the clinical field.
- Proficiency in using tracking systems and updating MIS sheets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with domestic and international nursing placements is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
