**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **2-3 years of experience** in clinical practice.
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
- Empathy and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, etc.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in a multicultural community.
- Ability to conduct workshops and group therapy sessions.
