**Job Summary**:
The Floor In charge (Academic) oversees academic and operational activities on a designated school floor, ensuring a safe, disciplined, and conducive learning environment. This role coordinates with teachers, manages student activities, and supports school administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor classroom activities to ensure adherence to academic schedules.
- Supervise student behaviour and movement to maintain discipline and safety.
- Support teachers with classroom resources and logístical needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health protocols on the floor.
- Inspect classrooms and common areas for cleanliness and functionality.
- Address minor conflicts, escalating serious issues to administration.
- Assist with academic events, such as exams or assemblies.
- Maintain records of attendance, incidents, and activities.
- Communicate with teachers, students, and parents on floor-related matters.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in an educational setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage student behavior and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of academic processes and safety standards.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in academic coordination.
- Training in student counseling or conflict resolution.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
