**Job Title: Project Coordinator Intern**
**Position Summary**:
The Project Coordinator Intern is responsible for supporting project management tasks and performing data entry to ensure accurate documentation and organization. This role involves assisting in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects, along with managing and inputting essential data. The intern will gain valuable experience in project coordination while developing organizational and data management skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:
Assist in coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables with guidance from the Project Manager or team.
Participate in project meetings, take notes, and document action items, ensuring all project records are up-to-date.
Help track project progress, identify potential delays, and communicate status updates to team members.
Prepare and distribute project-related documents, such as schedules, reports, and presentations.
Support communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients as needed.
**Data Entry & Management**:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain project-related data in databases, spreadsheets, and project management software.
Verify the accuracy and consistency of data, addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Organize and file electronic and paper documents, ensuring data is easily accessible for team use.
Generate reports and summaries based on data collected to support project analysis and decision-making.
Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines when handling sensitive information.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Intern.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Proficient in project management software and tools like JIRA is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Knowledge of resource management principles and practices is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
