**Experience: Upto 24 months**

**Roles & Responsibilities: -**
- **Exposure to international or US clients (preferred). Prior experience in Digital Marketing (SEO) or as a Project Coordinator/Executive (up to 12 months).**:

- **Assist in managing projects and coordinating between internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.**:

- **Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal departments, including support, technology, and service teams.**:

- **Track client feedback, requests, and escalations to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.**:

- **Support planning and execution of monthly retention strategies and client receivables. Help develop solutions that align with client needs while keeping the internal team updated on progress.**:

- **Document meeting minutes, client feedback, and project updates for effective tracking and communication.**:

- **Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, even in challenging circumstances. Build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and team members.**

**Qualification: -**
- **Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.**:

- **Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO processes.**:

- **Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.**:

- **Team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
