**Job Description for Telecalling Executive - Agrochemical Manufacturing Company, Kamrej**

**Position**: Telecalling Executive
**Company**: Agrochemical Manufacturing Company
**Location**: Kamrej, Gujarat
**Salary**: Up to ₹16,000 CTC

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell agrochemical products.
- Provide information regarding product features, benefits, and usage.
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues related to products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets and generate leads to enhance business growth.
- Follow up with existing customers for renewals and repeat sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Promote customer satisfaction and build strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of activities to the supervisor.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Hindi, English, and/or Gujarati.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of agrochemicals or a willingness to learn about the products.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles (preferred).
- Knowledge of the agrochemical industry is a plus but not mandatory.
