An **Electrical Store Keeper** is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of electrical components and equipment, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the organization’s electrical and maintenance teams. Below are the key responsibilities, qualifications, and skills required for this role:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and store electrical components and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including quantities, specifications, and locations.
- Regularly monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages.
- **Material Handling**:

- Organize and label electrical items systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Safeguard materials against damage, theft, or loss.
- Issue items to staff based on approved requests.
- **Documentation**:

- Record and maintain logs of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Prepare purchase requests, invoices, and inventory reports.
- Ensure all records are up to date and in compliance with company policies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect delivered materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Report damaged or non-conforming items to suppliers or supervisors.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and project teams to ensure timely supply of electrical materials.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for deliveries and returns.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that the storage area adheres to safety and organizational standards.
- Implement proper storage methods for hazardous or sensitive electrical components.
- Conduct periodic safety checks on stored equipment.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ ITI or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory or supply chain management are an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical components, tools, and equipment.
- Prior experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
