**Job Title**: Store Executive

**Department**: Stores & Inventory
**Location**: T. Nagar, Chennai
**Reports To**: Store Manager / Operations Head

**Role Summary**:
The Store Executive plays a key role in managing inventory and logistics for HVAC&R products from leading brands. This includes handling high-value equipment, accessories, and spare parts with precision, ensuring timely issuance, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with sales, service, and accounts teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and inspect incoming HVAC&R products (units, compressors, coils, etc.) as per orders
- Maintain stock registers and software entries for all inward/outward movements
- Issue materials to retail stores or sales team based on Sales Orders or delivery notes
- Coordinate with accounts for GRN, invoice matching, and stock reconciliation
- Track warranty items, serial numbers, and brand-specific documentation
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safe storage of bulky and sensitive equipment
- Monitor reorder levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
- Conduct periodic stock audits and support year-end closing
- Maintain 5S and safety standards in the store area
- Assist in dispatch coordination and vendor returns when required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or commerce)
- 2-4 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or industrial products
- Familiarity with HVAC&R components and terminology (brands like Daikin, Voltas, Blue Star, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software (Tally, ERP, Zoho Inventory)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to handle heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic understanding of warranty tracking and service coordination

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
