As a Telephonic Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products to potential clients, maintaining relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. Your ability to effectively communicate and close deals over the phone is critical for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries and leads.
- Maintain detailed records of **customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using Excel or Google Sheets.**:

- Use AI tools such as **Chat GPT, Gemini, or** **any other AI Tool** to streamline sales processes, track leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest sales techniques and technologies.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Report sales metrics and performance to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
