**Role Overview**:
The **“Operations Executive”** will be responsible for onboarding enrolled students, monitoring payment processes, sharing class schedules, and collaborating with both the support and sales teams. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth operational flow and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Student Onboarding:

- Manage the onboarding process for new students, providing them with necessary information and guidance.
- Ensure all enrolled students have access to class schedules and relevant resources.

2. Payment Monitoring:

- Track and oversee student payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Follow up with students on outstanding payments and assist in resolving billing issues.

3. Schedule Management:

- Share class schedules with enrolled students and address any scheduling inquiries.
- Update and maintain scheduling information as necessary.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the support team to address student inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from enrollment to class participation.

5. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of student accounts and financial transactions.
- Generate and provide reports on student enrollment, payment status, and other operational metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in operations, customer service, or educational administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
