Are you passionate about fashion and have a knack for sales? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Saree Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our exquisite range of sarees to customers. You should have a strong understanding of traditional and contemporary saree designs, fabrics, and trends, coupled with exceptional sales and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Showcase and demonstrate various saari designs to customers, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences and occasions.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, particularly in the saari industry, to offer relevant advice and suggestions to customers.
- Assist in maintaining store presentation standards and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a fashion or clothing-related industry.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for saari designs, fabrics, and cultural significance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
