**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the perfect saree.

**Product Knowledge**:
Develop in-depth knowledge of our saree collections, fabrics, and design details.
Provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

**Sales**:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

**Visual Merchandising**:
Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and organized store layout.
Participate in visual merchandising activities to showcase new arrivals and promotions.

**Customer Service**:
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a saree or fashion store.

Passion for sarees, fashion, and an understanding of traditional and contemporary styles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
