- Adept in analytical thinking, conceptualization, and sound decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset.
Requisites:
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale sales operations, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple territories within a state.
- Strong expertise in channel management, distribution expansion, and retail strategy, with deep knowledge of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams, set performance goals, and ensure target achievement through effective monitoring and coaching.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, skilled in territory planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and managing multiple product categories
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners, including distributors, key accounts, and cross-functional teams.
