Requirement: ASM/RSM

Position available : South Kolkata (ASM/RSM), North Kolkata (ASM/RSM), Berhampur (ASM), Baruipur (ASM), Rest of Bengal (RSM, based in Burdwan)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Managers and Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the territory. Analyze competitor activities and devise strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and stakeholders within the medical community.
- **Product Promotion**: Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of the company's pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training, support, and development opportunities for field staff to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and performance.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor the performance of the team through regular field visits, sales data analysis, and review meetings. Provide constructive feedback and take corrective actions as needed.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, market trends, competitor activities, and team performance to senior management.
- **Compliance and Regulation**: Ensure that all activities in the field comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, healthcare regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
