This is a hands-on position that requires transaction processing and Accounts Payable account reconciliation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Key point of contact for our clients Purchase to Pay.
- Full cycle Accounts Payable: Processes and record bills, PO matching
- Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries.
- Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.
- New vendor creation including W9 and 1099 management
- Understands the purpose of reconciliations. Prepare bank and accounts payable reconciliations, research and resolve variances
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the clients’ monthly operations to make suggestions for process improvements
- Understand our technology stack and identify additional add-on processes, systems, modules and integrations that can drive month-end close efficiencies.
