**Coordinator, Supplier Relations (Remote)**
- Full time, India and Sri Lanka_
- You will report to Kay Shrimpton_

This role is responsible for the development and management of supplier marketing plans and advertising activities in support of the commercial teams and activities including but not limited to the collection of advertising materials, distribution of art to appropriate parties, invoicing for advertising and sponsorship, monitor relative supplier relations mailboxes and direct inquires as appropriate, prepare and distribute newsletter and audit / maintain content on MySource

**As Coordinator, Supplier Relations, you will**:

- Support Commercial Teams in Planning and Executing Supplier Advertising
- Implement and Review Marketing Activities
- Prepare and distribute supplier marketing by gathering, editing and compiling articles, and advertising
- Monitor relative supplier relations mailboxes and answer and/or direct inquiries as appropriate
- Provide support for internal and external meetings and events including but not limited to assisting with sponsorship, value propositions, invoicing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**
- Comprehensive marketing experience
- Experience in developing marketing collateral
- Fluent in business English
- Strong understanding of business travel management
- Strong understanding of the travel industry
- Strong business knowledge
- Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
- Ability to travel internationally if required
