Hereunder is the Job Description of the Finance and Accounts Executive:
Major Responsibilities:
1. Generate, send, and track invoices for services provided to clients.

2. Pursue diligent and timely follow-ups on all overdue payments.

3. Compute and process payroll, ensuring all employees receive correct salaries punctually.

4. Manage and execute all vendor payments, settling all accounts within agreed timelines.

5. Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions.

6. Responsible for the proper documentation of all financial processes, maintaining an organized filing system.

7. Manage company's cash flow, ensuring adequate funds for operational activities and making financial projections.

Required Knowledge:
1. Basic understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.

2. Basic knowledge of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).

**Required Skills**:
1. Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally for financial management and accounting.

3. Superior organizational and time-management skills.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

5. Exceptional documentation and record-keeping skills.

**Salary**:
20k per month

6 days working from Office

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
