Job Title: Finance and Accounts Executive

Job Overview: As a Finance and Accounts Executive, you'll be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day accounting & financial transactions of the company as per regulatory guidelines. Your knowledge should extend to audits, invoices, and budget preparations.

# Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely preparation, validation, and maintenance of accounts and MIS reports.
- Monitor the expenses of the organisation and identify the gaps.
- Assist the team in creating robust product, process and client level costing.
- Asset/Liability monitoring.
- Maintain customer invoicing master records, service contracts and keep track of billing milestones.
- Timely invoicing of customers. Dispatch through courier and electronic mail of invoices to all the clients.
- Regular payment follow-ups for due invoices and and coordinate with the sales team as required.
- Assisting preparation of audit and statutory data as and when required.

# Requirements
- Must be an enthusiastic qualified accountant - B.Com (Hons.), M.Com, MBA (Finance) or Professional qualification as a CFA/CA (Inter).
- Good in Maths, accounts, and basic knowledge of financial & accounting regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Should possess excellent time management and written communication skills.
- Very strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Experience 0 to 2 years only.
