**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Finance & Accounts Executive** to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. This role involves handling GST, TDS, vendor payments, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with statutory laws and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage accounting entries and assist in finalization of accounts.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
- Prepare MIS reports, maintain records, and work on Excel-based analysis.
- Support in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting.
- Handle vendor payments, receivables, reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external agencies as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.
- Minimum **3-5 years of relevant experience** (FMCG, trading, or distribution preferred).
- Proficiency in **Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software**.
- Strong knowledge of MIS,**GST, TDS, Income Tax, compliance, and audits**.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and punctual.
