Multilingual is preferable.- - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Good presentation skills. - Should be able to travel for business purposes. - Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor). - Proficiency in Adobe Suite(Photoshop, Indesign, Premier Pro, Illustrator) and Visualization software (e.g., Blender, Keyshot). - Excellent sketching and rendering skills to communicate design ideas visually. - Ability to create physical mock-ups and prototypes using various materials and techniques. ** Expected Qualification**: - Completed Bachelor or Master degree with **minimum 7.0 CGPA** in one of the below disciplines: Industrial Design - Product Design- - Freshers are eligible to apply - Maximum **total experience** should not exceed **1 year**.**Benefits**: - ** Stipend during Training Period (first 12 months)**: - **> INR 25,000/month** for Bachelor’s degree holders. ** > INR 30,000/month** for Master’s degree holders- ** Medical Coverage**: Comprehensive medical insurance provided for employees.
