Full Stack Marketer

**Who are we looking for: Full Stack Marketer**:
**General Purpose**:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the company. They will manage the marketing department and work closely with other teams to promote the company's products and services.

**Key Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to promote the company's products and services
- Manage the marketing department and budget
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Develop and execute campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Represent the company at events and trade shows
- Manage relationships with media outlets and vendors

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience is acceptable from a top college

**Required Skills**:

- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and tools
- Experience with market research and data analysis
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Required Skills/Experience/Characteristics**:

- Ability to effectively convey complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that gets high-quality projects done quickly.
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Drive (Docs), Internet Browsing, Social Networks, Web-based tools, etc...
- Strong research and brainstorming skills are required to produce highly creative and unique content
- Must have a natural flair for writing & be able to deliver content that perfectly works for the Web
- Write exceptional content, original, grammatical-error-free, technically/conceptually authentic
- A strong presence on social media and Experience with social media properties
- Base-level understanding of search engine optimization and keyword usage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

**Key Competencies**:

- Good written and oral communication proficiency in English
- Should be conversant in your regional language and Hindi would be added advantage

**Interview process**:
We don't have a complicated multi-level process like corporates. But we do have 2-3 rounds to filter good talent. 1-2 rounds of online interviews, and one round of In-person interviews. Also, there will be a small writing exercise/assignment component as part of the interview process.
